Garden City Tenerife is an excellent complex, with a great location in Playa de las Americas. There are many bars and restaurants within 1 minute of the complex, There is also a poolside bar on the complex which offers entertainment most nights. The San Eugenio shopping center is a 5 minutes stroll, it has many shops banks and a large supermarket for those everyday essentials.
The new Siam Park water park is 5 minutes walk away and the Aqualand water park with its dolphin shows is close by. Tenerife makes an great holiday destination with an excellent all year round climate, and regular flights from most uk airports, which takes around 4 hours. A typical taxi from the airport is around €23 and is a 15 minute ride. Alternatively there is a regular bus service to the local bus station which costs around €2 per person.
